Can anybody join Lancashire Dates?
Yes obviously as the name states this is a website preferably for people living in and around Lancashire but we do welcome people from anywhere who would like to get involved and have a genuine interest.
Do I have to pay to use the features of this dating website?
No certainly not, Our website is free to join and use. All standard profiles can send and receive messages view profiles, chat, upload videos and photo's, Instant Message and even have your own blog along with many other great features.
How do I join Lancashire Dates?
Well that's easy just click the JOIN NOW link at the top right of any page on this website. Just a short form to complete will take just a couple of minutes, Credit Cards 'NOT' Required. Then you can start using this website immediately.
How can I contact another Member?
When you've found a profile you would like to contact, there are several ways to do this:
- Flirt - this is a preformatted note sent through the system to say you are interested in contacting them. They are provided with a number of different ways to contact you.
- Send a letter is email sent through the system
- Befriend - sends a invite to the person to be added to your 'Friend list'. They need to respond to this to allow you do to so.
- Get Email - automatically send you an email with their email address in it, as well as letting your contact know you've requested this.
I am uneasy about a certain member. How do I block Him or Her?
- You can do this after you've signed into the site.
- Go to the profile of the person you want to block.
- Click on "Block". You will see a message they were added to your private block list.
You can also report them to us, we take reports of abuse very seriously and will IP block anyone who abuses our community!
How do I add photos to my profile?
- After you have signed into the site, click on the 'my profile' link.
- After the page has loaded, click on "Profile Photos".
- On the Profile Photos page, enter a title for your photo, use the 'browse' option to find the photo on your computer.
- Press 'submit' to upload the photo to your profile.
What happens if I forget my Password or Username?
Don't worry click the Member Login link at the top right of any page of this site. Then click the Forgot Password link under the username and password fields, on the screen that follows enter the email address that you used to register, then click the retreive my information button for your details to be sent to your email address.
